Tired Eyes? The Runway’s Easiest Beauty Trick Is Surprisingly Simple

Tired Eyes? The Runway’s Easiest Beauty Trick Is Surprisingly Simple

Perhaps you slept badly.  Perhaps you didn’t sleep at all.  Either way, the goal is not to hide that – it is to make your face look less exhausted than you feel.
And the runway has a surprisingly simple answer: don’t put too much makeup around the eye (perhaps contrary to your instinct).

Fall 2026 beauty has embraced cleaner, less complicated looks alongside stronger single-feature statements. Try this instead.

Curl the lashes
It sounds almost too simple.
It works because it opens the eye without adding another layer of product.

Keep the lower eye clean
Heavy dark product underneath can make tired eyes look heavier.
A little definition at the outer upper lash line is often enough.

Add light strategically
A tiny amount of concealer at the inner corner can make the area look fresher. Not brighter everywhere. Just where darkness actually sits.

Use blush higher
A little colour placed higher on the cheek can visually lift the entire face.

Then stop
This may be the hardest part: don’t keep adding.

One of the strongest beauty messages of 2026 is that looking polished doesn’t include looking heavily made up.  Consider this a memo for the most luxurious beauty trick:  simply knowing when you’re finished.
